Themed "Cross-Cultural Resonance and the Integration of Global Perspectives", this year's conference attracted nearly 100 representatives, scholars and artists from over 40 prestigious music institutions across China and the world.

Participants gathered to discuss the future of international cooperation in music education, using music as a bridge to promote mutual understanding between civilizations and foster global cultural exchange.

Organized by the Central Conservatory of Music, the event is being held over the course of five days, featuring a diverse program that includes the opening ceremony, a dean's forum, concerts, academic forums, workshops, and youth performances. The aim of the conference is to further develop a professional platform for international cooperation in music education among countries and regions involved in the Belt and Road Initiative, facilitating cross-cultural understanding through music and contributing to the creation of a colorful, modern civilization.
