The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin recently marked its 12th anniversary with a series of events highlighting culinary and cultural offerings.

From Oct 16-17, the hotel's Mello Charcoal Grill featured a multicourse dinner centered on black truffles from Shangri-La, Yunnan province, combining traditional aging techniques with charcoal cooking.

Following this, on Oct 18-19, Zest Restaurant and the Lobby Lounge hosted a large-scale brunch event, presenting more than 200 dishes made with a wide range of ingredients.

Charlie Zha, area general manager for The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin, said during the celebration: "On the occasion of our 12th anniversary, we sincerely thank every guest for their long-standing trust and support, and extend our heartfelt respect to all the gentlemen and ladies who have contributed to the hotel's growth.
