A cultural event was held yesterday in Beijing to celebrate the International Day of Happiness, which falls on March 20 every year, at the United Arab Emirates embassy in China.
Ali Obaid Al Dhaheri, UAE ambassador to the People’s Republic of China, attended the event and shared his viewpoint on happiness: “Happiness is not related to a specific day, we should be happy every day; Happiness is not about everything going right, everyone has difficult times, but no matter what happens we should always cherish what we have. Compare yourself within your own fence instead of comparing yourself with others; be positive on the inside; be physically energetic to face daily changes”.
