燒錢（shāo qián）

To burn money, used to describe someone who spends money very quickly

例：卓越網向眾人宣布將為中國音像業(yè)打造一項全新大獎。為此卓越網開出1000萬的賞金征集暢銷影視音樂精品。這是卓越網在融資5000萬之后推出的最大的一次“燒錢”活動。
